I have purchased the Phase 1 and 2 courses along with the tuning kits and also the Body Brain Connection Kit. I love the tuning forks and use them daily on myself. They support me to find a deep state of relaxation. I routinely use the Om tuner and body tuners on my children at bed time. They love it and it helps them to wind down. I have almost completed phase 1 and looking forward to trying out the techniques I learnt on clients once Covid lock down restrictions ease. The techniques on the videos were well explained and easy to follow and the manual provides a good summary of the Energy Vitality technique and useful tips on energy healing. The information provided on sound healing is fascinating and provides a great introduction to the topic. The manual provides a brief summary on sound healing and interesting references and studies for further reading. I look forward to learning more with Soma Energetics.
