How to use the Pineal Gland Tuning Fork

1) Sound the fork on a quartz crystal (sold separately) or sounding device (Puck or activator) by holding the stem only and tapping one of the prongs on the device.

2) Listen in one ear for 10 seconds then cross over the top of the head and listen in the other ear for 10 seconds.

3) Sound the fork again (#1) and place the stem on the 3rd eye area. This is between the eyebrows just above the nose bridge.

If you are doing this on someone, you can also take the quarts crystal and place it on the third eye and place the stem of the fork on the crystal.

4) Sound again and place the stem on the top of the head - hold 15-20 seconds and on the back of the head at C1.

5) Sound Again and move the fork around your head in a circular motion 3-6 times.

Pineal Gland Frequency

We developed the frequency for our exclusive Pineal Gland fork through collaboration with scientists at UCLA. They informed us that the Pineal Gland vibrates at 15Hz. You cannot make a tuning fork that resonates that low.  We were making the pineal gland fork part of the DNA/RNA Set that all resonate around 550 Hz. So, using the overtone series, we went to the 6th overtone (15, 30, 60, 120, 240, 480) and created a 480Hz Pineal Gland tuning fork that would resonate with the original 15Hz of the Pineal Gland via harmonic resonance.
