Open a session with the unweighted forks (528 and Crystal):

1. Set a positive intention and take a breath together.
2. Activate the fork on your knee or palm, or with the activator.
3. Bring it near one ear, then the other, and listen until the sound fades.
4. Sweep slowly through the field around the body, head to feet, to clear and settle the space.

Work the body with the weighted forks (OM, 64 and 128):

1. Locate your spot: a tense muscle, a joint, or a point from Gach's Acupressure's Potent Points.
2. Activate the fork on your palm, thigh, shoulder, or a rubber activator, puck, or mallet.
3. Press the Soma Glider Boot onto the spot, or glide slowly along the muscle or meridian.
4. Hold until you feel the vibrations stop. 1-3 activations per area.

Close with the 528 and the Crystal at the ears to leave the client in a calm, grounded state.

OM Tuner – 136.1 Hz. Tuned to the revolution of Earth's orbit around the sun and the sound of the yogic “Om.” Weighted, for a grounding response on the body.

528 Hz Love Tuner. The heart of the Solfeggio scale. Unweighted, for auditory and biofield work.

Crystal Tuner – 4096 Hz. A high, clear tone for clearing space, crystals, and the etheric field around the body.

Otto 128 Hz. The root note of the Otto family, and the most-used body tuner in bodywork. 128 Hz has been studied for its effects on the nervous system and is the classic frequency for acupressure points, bones, and joints.

Otto 64 Hz. One octave below the 128, with a slower, deeper vibration. Not yet the subject of significant scientific study, but Soma's extensive community of practitioners frequently report it as their go-to for larger muscle groups, the low back, hips, and thighs.
