About the workshop:
Affirmations are more than positive statements—but to be effective, they must be believable, intentional and supported by the way we think, feel and respond.
In this experiential workshop, Suzy Woo will guide participants in creating and using affirmations more effectively. You’ll learn why some affirmations fail to create change, how to identify the distance between where you are and where you want to be, and how to develop affirmations that help you move from point A to point B.
Suzy will demonstrate how Soma Energetics Solfeggio Energy Tuners can be integrated into affirmation work to support greater alignment with your desired outcomes. Through intention, repetition, sound and embodied practice, participants will explore how to move an affirmation beyond words—bringing it into the body as a frequency that can be felt, practiced and lived.
