Tuning Fork Activators - For SomaEnergetics Tuners
There are 3 types of activators available from SomaEnergetics:
1) The Sounding Puck: A purple "hockey puck" (depending on availability may be white or baby blue) with the SomaEnergetics logo (not pictured). Our most universal activator. Ideal for unweighted energy tuners, but can be used with weighted tuners as well. This puck is included with Solfeggio Energy Tuners, DNA/RNA, Fibonacci, Brain-Body Connection, and Brainwave Sets. Our practitioner apron has a pocket for the puck. Puck can also be used on a table top.
2) The Green Triangular Activator: This table-top or handheld activator is made from natural rubber and great for freeing your hands to use two tuning forks at once. Ideal for weighted forks, but works for both weighted and unweighted tuners. Also happens to work great as a self-massage blade for the back.
3) The Body Tuner Mallet - Great for activating any fork with a weight. Use by tapping the fork with the mallet. This mallet is included in the Solfeggio Body Tuner kit. Mallet activation is very precise. The tradeoff with mallets is they must be used with one hand, so more than one fork at a time is challenging.
Some people are very creative and have found you can sound tuning forks on a variety of items including body parts like shoulders, palms, thighs, a tennis ball in your pocket, a quartz crystal, or the bottom of a rubber sole shoe. The activator chosen depends on the type of fork you are using and the sound you desire.
