Mother Nurture Workshop - Energetic Attunement

Gather with Chyla for a sacred pause to nourish the mother within and fill your cup. Together we will work with the tuning forks to bring harmony and wholeness throughout the energy body. Through breath and seated yoga practices we will rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.

This workshop is open to those who mother and who are calling in mothering, who mother everything in their world through their love. In this container we are tending to our own well of mothering and offering it back to ourselves for vitality and peace.

We will work with the Starter Set and the Solfeggio Energy Tuners. Forks not required but strongly recommended to have at least one to play with for this energetic attunement.
