Hold the tuning fork by the stem between your thumb and fingers, and gently tap the weighted end on your leg, hand, or an activator. This creates a deep, sustained tone.

To use, bring the fork near your ear or place it directly on the body. For body application, tap the fork, then press the stem onto acupressure points, muscles, or bones. Hold it in place until the vibrations stop.

For relaxation or meditation, try placing it on the sternum, spine, or sacrum. You can also pair tuning with deep breathing or vocal tones like “Om” to enhance the experience.

Pineal Gland Frequency:

We developed the frequency for our exclusive Pineal Gland fork through collaboration with scientists at UCLA. They informed us that the Pineal Gland vibrates at 15 Hz. You cannot make a tuning fork that resonates that low, so using the overtone series, we created a 480 Hz Pineal Gland tuning fork that would resonate harmonically with the original 15 Hz of the Pineal Gland.
