9 Suggested Ways to Choose A SomaTuner™

•   Refer – To the chart provided in this guide. It will serve to guide you to the appropriate Soma  Vibration Tuner™ to be used. The tuners are color coded for the areas they are best suited for.

·         Body Part or Nerve Plexus/Center – Choose a tuner according to the part of the body you are working with or near, using the same tuner for all points associated with that particular area.

·         Pendulum – Use to check the level of energy flow in areas.

·         Intuition – Close your eyes…go within.  Does a color or feeling come to mind? Use the corresponding tuning fork.

·         Kinesiology – Use muscle testing.

·         Meaning – Checking the meaning of the original frequency may lead you to use a certain Soma Vibration Tuner™.

·         Chakra/Energy Center – Choose a tuner that corresponds to the Chakra (or the Energy Center area) that is located in the area of the muscle you are working on.  According to Dr. Richard Gerber in Vibrational Medicine, “The Chakras processes subtle energy and converts it into chemical, hormonal, and cellular changes in the body.”

Body Tuner 7 Stone Set

New FLAT STONES - June 09

We came out with a set of stones in January 09 and upon actual use we found that we needed flat stones to work best with the Body Tuners.   We found this kit and tried it and they work great!   To use the set with the body tuners, place the client on their stomach and place the flat stones on each chakra.  Use the corresponding body tuner 3 times on each stones.  Even though it has 7 stones and we only need 6 for our purposes, we found that using the 7th stone on the crown chakra with the OM tuner was quite effective. This is relaxation technique that we use prior to the vibrational tuning sessions.

Chakra Stones average 1 1/2" - 2" in size (4-5 cm) . Each gemstone is carved with the appropriate petals and symbol for ultimate chakra harmony! Chakra Symbol Stones are used widely in crystal healing, Reiki, Massage therapies, Ayurvedic and Yoga practices worldwide. Each set comes in a solid Bamboo case measuring approximately 12" in length. Using The Solfeggio Body Tuners

HOLD Hold the fork by placing 3 fingers around one side of the stem and your thumb on the other side.	TAP Tap weight against the palm of your hand. You can also use the area just above the knee, a tennis ball or the included activator mallet.	LISTEN When using them through the auditory system hold the open hole in the weight at least 1 inch away from the ear.	PLACE Place the bottom of the stem gently on the body at the appropriate point using various pressures until vibration is felt.

Starting a Session with yourself or a client:

• Approach the use of the Soma Vibration Tuners™ during a session as you would any vibration tool. Remember you are assisting the clients’ body to heal itself.
• Always tap a Soma Vibration Tuner™ away from the clients’ body. Do not tap the fork on the table. Use the palm of your hand, the side of your leg or an activator. Repeating the use of the tuning fork 3-9 times seems to work best but, you may re-tap and repeat as needed.
• For Trigger Point areas, locate the point you intend to release.  Tap the Soma Vibration Tuner™ and hold the stem on the area until the desired results are achieved.
• For Acupressure/Potent Points, refer the book provided. Tap a Soma Vibration Tuner™ and place the stem of the tuner on the appropriate part of the body for about 20-30 seconds, or until the vibration ceases.
• To Affect a Nerve Plexus/Center, tap the Soma Vibration Tuner™ and place the stem on the spinal process at or near the plexus area you desire to affect.
• For Meridian Lines, place on the meridian line holding a few seconds on each point.
• Tap the “Om” Tuner and hold it near the clients ears to begin or end a session. Then touch both ankles of the client to create and increased sense of well - being and relaxation.

  The “OM” Tuner (136.10 Hz) is available separately.

When tapping the body tuning forks, the tines should not “clang”.  The vibration will be stronger and last longer if you are careful to hold the fork by the stem only…touching the tines will lessen the vibration.

Using Solfeggio SomaTuners^TM & Original Solfeggio Tuning Forks

• They can be used together for maximum effect! 

• To bring the vibration of the solfeggio frequencies into tuning forks whose vibrations were strong enough to be felt on the physical body, it was necessary to “lower” the original frequencies and add weights.  Even so, you may rest assured, because the frequencies of these new SomaTuners™ also reduce to a 3, 6, and 9.   When using these new weighted forks, you may also increase the benefit to you and /or your client by “listening” to them.
